What We Are Looking For
Davinci Jets is looking for an energetic self-starter who is execution centric, very hard working, and an ethical team player. This individual must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to work in a fast pace, high growth environment. This individual must understand and show strong leadership, with a clear ability to successfully align the career goals and personal aspirations of individuals with the overall goals of the corporate team. The candidate must embrace our mature Safety Management System and be comfortable with the concepts of a Learning, Informed, Self-Reporting, and Just Culture. The CFO must be willing to oversee and perform daily financial operations (hands-on) while also developing long-term financial strategies (strategic).
What You Will Do
The CFO will lead all corporate and operational financial functions including financial and operational control; financial systems implementation, integration and consolidation; planning, forecasting, and analysis; financial and operational reporting; credit and debt financing management and execution; cash flow treasury; risk management, audit; taxes; project management; cost containment; working capital management; management of and principal interaction with key outside vendors (banks, insurance providers, benefits providers, etc.); as well as supporting diligence and integration of add-on acquisitions. Above all else, the CFO will contribute to growing EBITDA and increasing the overall value of the enterprise.
o Provide leadership in the development and evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
o Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO to have conversations about what is causing underlying financial results and provide proactive ideas, KPIs, etc. that can improve the financial performance of the company.
o Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the organization.
o Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
o Prepare and present the monthly financial reporting package for distribution to senior management, company ownership, and financial partners.
o Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements.
o Ensure that effective internal financial controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
o Track and manage actual vs. budget for labor, equipment, inventory, and materials for costing and controllables.
o Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
o Lead cash flow management and forecasting. Keep a constant pulse and discipline.
o Oversee risk and business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.

What You Bring
o A degree from an accredited four-year college
o A minimum of 15 years of finance and accounting experience
o A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
o Expert understanding of GAAP, compliance, and corporate finance principles
o Exceptional communication and leadership skills
o Financial acumen, significant analytical skills, high business and intellectual curiosity
o Enjoys an entrepreneurial atmosphere and a strong sense of urgency
o Willing and able to perform both hands-on and strategic work
o Excellent organizational skills to help both the department and the company achieve strategic and financial goals
