Flight Support, Inc. (FSI), founded in 1971, is a Part 145 FAA-certified Repair Station (TA5R216N) in the business of repairing various components for gas turbine engines. FSI is a small aerospace business that serves the U.S. Military and the Commercial Airline industry -- both domestic and foreign carriers.

Our processes for component repair result in improved performance; reduced fuel consumption; and lower total ownership cost. Over the years FSI has grown into a highly respected engineering and repair facility. The successful application of our techniques has revolutionized the repair of gas turbine blades and vanes. Our focus on research and the development of specialty repairs means the results we produce reduces the need for future component repair, thereby reducing daily operating costs.

Flight Support Inc. offers high-production repairs with the ingenuity, flexibility and enterprising spirit, allowing FSI to tailor products to meet the custom needs of the client.

FSI has the ability to repair parts to 100% of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specification; we can also overhaul to an end-user's custom specification. Every tool used in the repair of turbine components at Flight Support, Inc. directly conforms to all of the location points and angles that the OEM uses in determining air-worthiness. As a standard practice, we also measure additional characteristics and points that exceed OEM requirements.
