Greenpoint Aerospace (GA) is a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company which also provides nose-to-tail repairs, refurbishment and paint services for business aircraft. Acquired in 2013 (formerly Jet Works Air Center) and privately held, Greenpoint Aerospace services the following corporate aircraft; Boeing, Gulfstream, Challenger, Beechcraft, Learjet, Citation, Pilatus and Piaggio. Greenpoint is privately owned and includes Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. (established 1988), Odyssey Aerospace Components (established 2008), Greenpoint Products and Services (2010) and Greenpoint Aerospace, Inc. (2013). The companies encompass all disciplines in-house from engineering, design and manufacturing of VIP and commercial interiors to installation, heavy maintenance and overhaul of business jet aircraft. Strategic goals focus on the customer experience by incorporating quality, commitment and craftsmanship into every program. The maintenance and repair facilities are in Denton, Texas, core of the VIP interiors industry, and employ talented technicians and cabinetry artisans. The facilities are minutes away from the Denton Municipal Airport and 30 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
