About the Company
Eight years ago, we launched our journey as SAI Flight Support, a small but dedicated team of colleagues who had previously worked together at Stevens Aviation Inc. United by a shared vision, we set out to build something different—an employee-focused company where expertise, integrity, and passion for aviation would define every customer experience.
We began operations in a modest hangar at KGSP (Greenville–Spartanburg International Airport). After a period of steady growth, expanding capabilities, and increasing demand for our services, we relocated to Hangar 6 at KGMU (Greenville Downtown Airport). With that move came a natural evolution of our identity—today, we proudly operate as Hangar Six.
From day one, our mission has been to deliver the kind of top-shelf service that was missing in much of the aviation space. As a certified Part 145 Repair Station, our team specializes in aircraft repair, overhaul, and maintenance. We are also a trusted modifications shop, regularly performing advanced avionics installations including Garmin, Rockwell Collins, and Honeywell flight decks, along with modern connectivity solutions such as GoGo and Starlink systems.
Hangar Six is also well-known for our thorough aircraft pre-purchase inspections, supporting buyers and sellers with the technical insight needed for confident aircraft transactions.
While our first love will always be King Airs of every model, our capabilities extend far beyond. We proudly support Pilatus PC-12s, a wide range of turboprop aircraft, and an extensive list of turbofan airframes including Citations and Hawkers.
At Hangar Six, we’ve built more than a company—we’ve built a culture focused on people, quality, and craftsmanship. Whether you need maintenance, modifications, inspections, or expert guidance, we invite you to experience the difference.
Come see Hangar Six for all your aircraft needs.
