ITPS Canada Ltd is a Canadian corporation consisting of two divisions, the International Tactical Training Centre (ITTC), the only independent provider of fighter pilot and fighter weapons training in the world and International Test Pilots School, the biggest independent school of flight testing in the world. ITPS is unique in offering courses for the highest qualifications for military pilots, that of Fighter Weapons Instructor and Experimental Test Pilot. Our greatest resource is our expert team of twenty-three full time instructors supported by a network of over thirty-five consultants. Since 2001 ITPS has provided effective, tailored training solutions to over twenty-five air arms around the world. Training is available at our world-class facility in Canada where we operate a fleet of twenty-two aircraft including eleven jet trainers. Uniquely ITPS operated the Advanced Aircraft Simulation Centre, featuring seventeen simulators all networked and able to stage Large Force Exercises (LFE) with over sixty aircraft. The AASC features F-16, F-18 and F-35 training devices, all networked and a Mission Theatre where missions can be briefed, debriefed and viewed real-time as on ACMI. Training devices can be produced for most fighter types including F-15 and Eurofighter on demand. ITPS leads in the application of the most modern technologies to advanced training including Virtual and Mixed reality having introduced these as early as 2020 to our courses in Canada. The company’s flagship offering is a sixteen-week Fighter Weapons Instructor course which can be presented part in Canada and part in the customer’s own country on their own aircraft. However, customers have also attended Mission Commander, Advanced Tactics and Fighter Controller courses. Heavy Transport crews may enrol of the Advanced Tactical Transport Training programme and helicopter crews on the Attack Helicopter Weapons and Tactics Course. A growing number of customers are selecting our Lead-In Fighter Training, currently based on the Aero Vodochody L-39AUP, but transitioning to the Korean Aerospace Industries (KAI) T-50 by 2025.
