A&P Mechanic

Job Description:

Emerald Air Service is a small but growing bear viewing business located in Homer Alaska.

I am looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined person to join our maintenance team. Must work well with other personnel.

Preferred experience would be with DeHavilland DHC-2, DHC-3, Pratt & Whitney R-985, PT6A, as well as aircraft aluminum and composite floats.

I would consider other experience and train the right individuals.

We are a Part 135 Air Taxi so the individual would need to pass the DOT drug and alcohol pre-screening check.

This is a year-round full-time job.

Pay DOE.

Job Requirements:

A&P Certificate.
Prefer experienced mechanic, but am willing to train the right individual.
Must pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening as required by DOT.
