Signature Flight Support •
The Chief Inspector manages and coordinates function of the Quality Control Department ensuring that all work performed complies with applicable technical data FAA regulations and Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM) and that the technical data and procedure manuals are reviewed, current and available. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policy and procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and conflict resolution.

Must have active A&P License. Must have a thorough understanding of the current Federal Aviation Regulations, as well as inspection methods, techniques, and equipment used to determine the quality or airworthiness of an article undergoing maintenance, repair or alterations. At least five years General Aviation, Corporate, and Heavy Class Aircraft experience. Proficient computer skills required.
