  • Daily maintenance and repair of production equipment including but not limited to wax press, HVAC units, chillers, compressors, and robotic cells.
  • Troubleshoots electrical/mechanical/hydraulic problems to minimize downtime of equipment.
  • Proficient in robot operation as well as perform scheduled preventative maintenance a plus.
  • Repair and maintain other plant equipment as experience indicates.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere and communicate respectfully with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisor.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all process equipment throughout facility.
  • Completes housekeeping/organizational duties as requested by manager, ensuring that all safety requirements are practiced.
  • Limited construction/installation of equipment.
  • PLC troubleshooting and light programming a plus.
  • Perform work in various areas such as electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, pipe fitting, welding, and soldering.
  • Operate equipment including forklifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Assist in other plant maintenance work as required by supervisor.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
