Responsibilities: Evaluate and execute daily maintenance or inspection tasks to maintain aircraft airworthiness. Communicate with the Lead Mechanic about unusual situations affecting schedules or requiring additional resources. Manage aircraft maintenance at field bases, including stock levels and spares requisitions. Prepare and verify reports, inventories, and certification of work, ensuring compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Record data entries in RAMCO and maintain effective communication with relevant personnel to ensure timely job completion. Oversee parts inventory and recommend necessary adjustments. Maintain special tools, ensuring scheduled calibrations. Perform additional related tasks as assigned. Requirements: High School diploma. FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. Minimum of 2 years as a Certified Mechanic. Basic communication and computer skills. Capability to pass a comprehensive physical exam, including strength and flexibility assessments, drug screening, and background checks. For the Roving Maintenance Team: sheet metal and/or avionics troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice, and work night shifts as required.
