Responsibilities: Execute daily maintenance and inspection tasks to uphold aircraft airworthiness. Communicate effectively with the Lead Mechanic, addressing unusual situations and scheduling needs. Manage the maintenance operations of field base aircraft, including inventory and spare requisitions. Prepare and certify reports, ensuring compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Utilize RAMCO for accurate data entries, including work packages and equipment status. Maintain robust communication with the maintenance team to guarantee timely completion of tasks. Oversee parts inventory and suggest changes as needed. Ensure the proper maintenance and scheduling of special tools and their calibration. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Mechanic. Basic communication and computer skills. Must pass pre-placement physical and functional capacity exams, drug screening, and background checks. For Roving Maintenance Team: Skills in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting/repair. Ability to travel frequently and work night shifts as required.
