PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Sheet Metal Worker to support precision manufacturing operations in a hands-on, regulated environment. This first-shift role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who thrive in fast-paced production settings.

Your Role and Impact
As a Sheet Metal Worker, you’ll operate a variety of machines and tools to shape, alter, and assemble sheet metal components according to engineering specifications. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will directly support the production of high-quality aerospace and industrial products.

What You’ll Be Doing

Set up and operate machines including drill presses, punch presses, shears, brakes, grinders, and CNC equipment.
Follow blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to shape and assemble sheet metal accurately.
Use hand and power tools to smooth surfaces and blend seams.
May operate soldering and welding equipment as needed.
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Follow safety protocols and pre-established guidelines under direct supervision.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field.
Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts and procedures.
Ability to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals, and other physical risks.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 6AM-2:30PM
Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 through our Subco Bonus Program
- $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance
- $1,000 after 60 days
- $1,000 after 90 days (must have received 14-day bonus to qualify)

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
