We are seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead our experienced team and uphold our high standards of safety and reliability. The successful candidate will provide executive‑level leadership, regulatory accountability, and strategic oversight of maintenance operations across multiple locations.

The position is based in Kelowna, BC, requires full-time in-office presence, as well as domestic and international travel (approximately 8–10 trips annually).

Qualifications

• Meets CARs requirements for Person Responsible for Maintenance
• Proven aviation management experience
• Strong background in, and a commitment to SMS, Quality Assurance, regulatory compliance, and management of multi‑site operations
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making skills in safety‑critical environments
