Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage multiple aircraft projects, coordinating workflows and assigning tasks to maximize productivity.

• Supervise and develop Team Leads, address HR-related matters, conduct performance reviews, and promote a strong safety culture.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing project pricing, providing updates, and escalating issues as needed.

• Collaborate on budget targets, review work orders, track productivity, and oversee quality control, warranty issues, and technician hours.

• Oversee Quantum MX implementation, ensure FAA compliance, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in general aviation maintenance.

• Valid FAA A&P License, current and in good standing.

• IA certification preferred, with a commitment to obtain within three years if not currently held.

• Expert knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards.

• PT6A experience strongly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects while meeting budget and productivity targets.

• Demonstrated success in team development and process improvement.

• Clean safety record with zero incidents.
