Job Description:
The Operations & Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in our long-term business strategy and success. Based in our Irvine, California facility, and reporting into the President & COO, the Operations & Supply Chain Manager will lead the day-to-day operations and management of our defense electronics and avionics production and supply chain functions, ensuring efficient and effective performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a holistic understanding of production and supply chain operations in regulated industries;
  • Sound knowledge of safety and how it applies to production and supply chain operations;
  • Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
 
Solid experience working in the aerospace and defense industry is highly desirable, as is knowledge of FAA Part 21 and Part 145 operations.
