PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in innovative medicines to hire a Supply Chain Warehouse Operations Manager, in this role you will drive the strategy, performance, and compliance of critical warehousing and distribution operations—ensuring life-changing therapies reach patients safely, efficiently, and on time.
What You’ll Do
You will own and elevate warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated pharmaceutical environment:
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, kitting, inventory control, and shipping across a 24/7 operation
Define and execute W&D strategy, optimizing processes for time, cost, and quality efficiency
Monitor and improve logistics provider performance using KPIs, scorecards, and vendor reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, FDA, DOT, IATA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Oversee inventory accuracy, ERP transactions (MS Dynamics 365), and material tracking systems
Act as the primary point of contact for all warehouse operations and 3PL relationships
Lead staffing, succession planning, coaching, and performance management of your team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA, Commercial, and Procurement teams
Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and risk mitigation strategies
Support audits, regulatory interactions, and compliance remediation efforts
Design warehouse layouts, capacity models, and digital transformation strategies
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and supply chain systems
Experience managing 3PL providers and vendor performance
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule supporting a 7-day operation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with highly specialized pharma logistics
Proven success leading continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Strong background in inventory optimization and warehouse design
Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections
Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams

Pay Details: $55.00 to $64.90 per hour
