SAS has recently emerged as a privately held company from a complete financial restructuring under a U.S. Chapter 11, leading to a solid financial foundation and ambitious business plan for the coming years. Air France-KLM Group today hold a minority stake in SAS but have announced their intention to become majority owner, a process that is currently pending EU approval.

The Tax Function has overall accountability for taxes across the SAS Group. We provide strategic and operational tax support to various internal stakeholders, and we ensure accurate and timely filings and manage queries from external stakeholders. We are growing the team and are now seeking a skilled and ambitious Tax Specialist focusing on transfer pricing. The right candidate for the position will have a key role in ensuring compliance, developing our strategy and facilitating productive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in different countries.
- Manage transfer pricing compliance and documentation. - Prepare country-by-country reporting and data to local files. - Administer tp adjustments where required. - Oversee MDR reporting requirements (e.g. DAC6).- Prepare exposure assessments for uncertain tax positions.- Partner with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating and applying technical knowledge. - Contribute in operational queries with process improvements, implementation and monitoring thereof. - Navigate changes in tax legislation, e.g. global minimum tax rules, public CbCR, etc. - Manage tax audits and inquiries from local tax authorities.- Proactively identify risks and opportunities.- Develop and maintain internal policy guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or law. - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience from e.g. Big 4 and/or as an in-house tax/transfer pricing specialist in a large multinational organization.- Good understanding of the OECD transfer pricing guidelines. - Basic knowledge of IFRS (IAS 12) and local GAAP.- Ambition to keep up to date of legislative changes etc.- Excellent communication skills, be fluent in written and spoken Swedish/Danish/Norwegian and business English.- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, experience working in ERP and/or EPM systems (e.g. Tagetik) is an asset.
