A leading aircraft services provider is seeking an experienced Aircraft Paint Layout Technician to join its paint team. This role involves interpreting design renderings, laying out stripes, logos, and registration numbers, and assisting with all aspects of the aircraft painting process—from prep to final detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Layout and apply stripes, insignias, and registration numbers per renderings
• Fabricate stencils and mix custom paints
• Apply masking and sealers to protect aircraft during prep and painting
• Sand, clean, and prep surfaces for painting
• Apply etch and corrosion coatings
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of aircraft
• Polish and detail exterior paint finishes
• Support additional paint shop duties as needed

• 5+ years of experience in auto or aircraft paint layout (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft manuals for placard placement
• Eligible to obtain and maintain airport (AOA) access badge
• Strong attention to detail and layout precision
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a calm, supportive approach to mentoring and collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $25.00 – $44.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
