We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales organization in delivering revenue growth, market expansion and outstanding customer satisfaction. This role is accountable for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer and vendor relationships, and driving high performance across both inside and outside sales teams. A strong focus on change management and the integration of AI-enabled tools is essential for long-term success.
This role will be compensated $82k - $85k Salary depending on experience PLUS an incentive plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin goals. Identify new markets, customer segments and product opportunities.
- Team Management & Development:Lead, mentor and coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets. Establish performance metrics, monitor progress and conduct regular performance reviews. Integrate and oversee the use of AI-driven analytics in the sales process.
- Customer & Vendor Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors, ensuring high responsiveness and service levels.
- Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with marketing to align sales campaigns, lead generation and customer engagement strategies. Collaborate with operations, purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Reporting & Forecasting:Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets and reports for executive leadership. Analyze sales performance data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
