About the RoleAs an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key partner to management and employees, ensuring that human resources initiatives support business objectives and workforce needs. You’ll provide guidance and expertise in a broad range of HR areas, from employee relations and talent management to compensation, compliance, and organizational development.
Your role will be central to fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture—helping both people and the business reach their full potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and provide HR solutions that drive success.
Serve as a liaison across multiple HR functions, including succession planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training & development.
Advise leaders and employees on policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
Assist in the analysis of workforce data, surveys, and labor forecasts to inform HR strategies and decisions.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and implement systems that effectively attract, retain, and reward a skilled workforce.
Provide guidance on EEO, labor relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
Proven ability to manage a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting diverse teams in fast-paced, technical, or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, implement process improvements, and influence cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $48.30 per hour
