Position Overview

We are seeking a hands on Supply Chain Specialist to manage end to end procurement in support of engineering, new product development, and aircraft manufacturing. This role is fast paced and execution focused, requiring strong purchasing, supplier management, and negotiation skills in an aerospace or advanced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities/ Required Skills

• Own end to end procurement execution for engineering and manufacturing, from requisition through receipt and closeout.
• Source and select suppliers, run RFQs, negotiate price, lead time, and terms, and place purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Maintain accurate purchase order and supplier records in the ERP and ensure documentation is complete, current, and audit ready.
• Monitor open orders daily, resolve issues quickly, and expedite critical parts to protect program schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including delivery, quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance and proper flow down of requirements, including FAR and DFARS, quality, and other regulatory obligations.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Five or more years of procurement experience in aerospace, aviation, or advanced manufacturing.
