Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team as a Cargo Agent, where you will initially undergo a 90-day assessment period to determine your placement on either the Warehouse Crew or the Ramp Crew. This role involves critical operations in both warehouse and ramp settings, ensuring smooth logistics and efficient handling of freight.
Responsibilities- Unloading and loading packages from and into freight containers.
- Staging packages for pickup from the main entity.
- Lifting packages weighing up to 35 lbs unassisted.
- Working 100 in the warehouse or 50 outside/50 inside for ramp activities.
- Marshalling tugs and k-loaders around aircraft and providing warehouse support post-aircraft unloading.
Essential Skills- Experience in unloading, loading, warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving (minimum 3 months).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in operating a forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanner.
- Skills in packing, inventory management, order picking, and material handling.
- Familiarity with general production, assembly, labeling, and warehouse inventory management.

Work EnvironmentWork in a hanger/warehouse-style environment supporting a major Amazon AIR facility. Multiple shifts are available, including overnight and evening options. Employees work 5 consecutive days, with weekends included, and have 2 consecutive days off. Preferences for days off are considered based on seniority and manager approval. The facility operates 7 days a week, offering flexibility and potential for overtime.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
