What is the position : The Maintenance Business Process Analyst Oversee all business process development, implementation, maintain documentation, and propose changes to improve current processes. Support 24/7 business user support process for the maintenance system and work closely with IT to ensure high levels of availability of the system.

Essential Functions:

• Define standards for optimal use of the applications functionality based on business process flows.
• Understand and drive business process improvement by working closely with maintenance department heads.
• Identify efficiencies in processes and launch projects to improve these processes.
• Automate airworthiness control functions, via reporting and exceptions.
• Define standards for technical application support process.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Systems trainer to ensure training content is in line with process flows.
• Ensure that all maintenance manuals are aligned with maintenance business and software processes.
• Perform administrative duties within Technical Services.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions at CommuteAir.
• Other duties as assigned.

General requirements & qualifications

• Previous experience with aircraft maintenance MRO systems and process development.
• Minimum bachelors degree in aviation related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, and solve problems
• Able to work nights, weekends, and travel based on operational needs.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities regularly
• Ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA.

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary Work:

Visual Acuity:

Machine operators with inspection Includes: inspection, close assembly, clerical administrative; This is a minimal standard for use with those whose work deals largely with preparing and analyzing data and figures, accounting, computer, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, operation of machines using measuring devices, assembly or fabrication of parts

Environmental Conditions:

Inside environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
