Job Title: Structures Mechanic
Job Description
As a Structures Mechanic, you will perform various structures and sheet metal work, including modifications and repairs, on a variety of corporate airframes. This role requires proficiency in using proper hand tools to ensure tasks are completed in a timely, clean, safe, and professional manner with no rework. You will also accurately order general aircraft parts as needed and prepare various documents for record-keeping purposes, adhering to company policy and FAA regulations. You will demonstrate proficiency in the work order system by completing accurate and timely discrepancies and corrective action statements, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives (AD) Compliance statements.
Responsibilities
- Perform structures and sheet metal work on corporate airframes.
- Use hand tools efficiently to complete tasks without rework.
- Order necessary aircraft parts accurately.
- Prepare and maintain documents for record-keeping as per company policy and FAA regulations.
- Complete work order system tasks, including discrepancy and corrective action statements.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in structures.
- Proficiency in sheet metal work and mechanics.
- Experience with Bombardier, Falcons, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon airframes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Corporate or Business jet experience is highly sought after.
- A&P license is a plus.
- Candidates with 2 years of military experience will be considered.

Work Environment
Work inside a temperature-controlled hangar with heated floors in the winter. Enjoy a clean and comfortable environment with flexible shifts: 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), or weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, with 3 x 12-hour shifts). A 10 shift difference is provided for the weekend shift. Enjoy per diem for qualifying candidates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
