Responsibilities: Execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate jets to ensure premium safety, quality, and efficiency. Complete maintenance records and return-to-service documentation in strict alignment with FAA regulations and company standards. Assist in troubleshooting aircraft discrepancies using wiring diagrams, schematics, technical manuals, and calibrated testing equipment. Communicate effectively with lead mechanics and management regarding aircraft status, schedules, and operational readiness. Maintain and properly utilize tools, equipment, and inspection aids within the maintenance department. Requirements: Hold a valid A&P License (Airframe & Powerplant) under 14 CFR Part 65. Possess 3–5 years of corporate or general aviation maintenance experience; Beechjet 400A / Hawker 800XP experience preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills using calibrated testing equipment. Show exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Maintain a valid driver’s license. Be flexible to work varied hours based on operational demands.
