Join our dynamic team in assembling Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for Department of Defense customers. Your role will involve assembling electro-mechanical components and ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality.

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform electrical wiring and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
• Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.

• 2 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
