We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Technician with strong electro‑mechanical assembly skills to support the manufacturing of next‑generation aircraft. • Perform complex electro‑mechanical assemblies following schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble and test avionics components, including PCBAs, cable harnesses, and integrated modules.
• Provide real-time feedback to Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve build issues.
• Follow detailed MPIs, SOPs, and strict safety processes.
• Support multiple projects at once while meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Record, track, and update production data as required.

• Experience in mechanical PCBA assembly.
• Wiring and wire harness assembly experience.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, drills, etc.).
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, diagrams, and non-technical instructions.
• Experience in cable routing, harness routing, and electronic potting.
• Familiarity with bonding composites (carbon fiber, epoxy, etc.).
• Basic computer proficiency (MacOS or Microsoft).
• Experience with sheet metal and tube assemblies.
• Bonus: forklift or rigging experience for moving heavy equipment.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electro‑mechanical or manufacturing assembly.
• Previous work assembling avionics components or PCB/cable harness systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and solid problem‑solving skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in our facility in South San Francisco, within the Manufacturing team.

This is a Contract position based out of South San Francisco, CA.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
