Identify, qualify, and engage VIP/Corporate aircraft operators, MROs, completion centers, and aircraft resellers for profitable aircraft painting projects.
Conduct customer visits to build relationships and gather insights on upcoming paint RFPs.
Proactively spanet the company’s full range of aircraft painting services.
Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and painting contracts.
Support and oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for new and existing clients.
Follow company sales processes and standards diligently.
Collaborate with the Managing Director USA and Sales Director to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and contract database.
Administer, update, and amend customer contracts as needed.
Represent the Sales & Commercial team in internal and external bid-review meetings.
Attend BizJet/MRO conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Monitor spanet trends, opportunities, and risks in corporate aviation, completion, and aircraft painting.
Provide accurate revenue forecasts and reports in line with company requirements.
5+ years of MRO sales experience, ideally in Corporate Jet/BizJet painting, MRO, or completion centers.
Strong network of senior-level contacts in corporate aviation.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple active opportunities.
Proven track record in prospecting, follow-up, and closing opportunities from start to contract award.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in tracking and reporting personal KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, value-driven customer relationships.
