PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to support technical and process improvement initiatives in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between customers, internal teams, and operational excellence—ensuring projects run smoothly, issues are resolved efficiently, and client satisfaction remains high.
What You’ll Do:
Manage day-to-day project activities for technical and process improvement initiatives.
Independently respond to customer calls and emails, handling moderately complex inquiries.
Investigate, document, and resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary.
Gather and analyze feedback from product development and service departments to enhance solutions.
Maintain and update databases of customer interactions for future reference and process improvements.
Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and other teams to deliver exceptional service.
Support after-sales contracts to ensure client satisfaction and promote products/services to meet business goals.
Assist in training initiatives by documenting inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or process improvement projects.
Familiarity with customer service best practices in a technical environment.

Pay Details: $46.13 per hour
